Tips
Motion blur "cinematic" on: it is what makes 8× look like a real long-exposure timelapse instead of skipped frames.
Widen the plateau (drag the 0.3 and 0.7 points outward) for longer sources; keep the bookends around 15% each.
Keep audio pitch-preserve on or mute — 8× audio is unusable either way.
